But, in order to be great, there must also be a way to measure, evaluate, and improve that performance. It’s mastery of the fundamental concepts and logic that make one capable. But what makes someone a skilled developer? It’s much more than just understanding the basics, of course. Writing code is the output–and almost anyone can learn the basics of syntax and formatting. There’s a big difference between writing code and being a great programmer.
